We devoted ourselves into the renovation of this house and Juliette treated us like family and managed the sale campaign as if she were selling her own house from where I can see. We are extremely happy with the price and I'd like to say something about the auction that I remember vividly. It was a beautiful sunny day. I've seen many great auctions before but I think Juliette is probably THE best female auctioneer I've ever seen, full of talent, passion and style - pardon me, I probably should've taken out the word 'female'! My 12-year daughter told me that the neighbour's daughter told her she wants to be THIS auctioneer one day (pointing to Juliette), and my daughter thinks so too! Girls are clearly inspired. We chose Thai due to our first impression upon meeting him. His mannerism and sound knowledge of the area was evident as was his passion. However what really was a game changer was the fact that he and his branch colleague are both auctioneers who have invested in extensive training. For us it was very important to have a real estate agent that was at the open homes and also the auctioneer. Thai's communication was fantastic throughout the whole campaign and still hasn't stopped after the auction. Our auction result was amazing and it is because Thai is gifted with the art of auctioneering. Thai has gone above and beyond for us and we are extremely grateful to him.
