The best agent in the Box Hill area
We sold our 3-bedroom villa through Harcourts Box Hill in late 2021. Thai was professional, honest and proactive throughout the campaign always providing updates and engaging with us on small improvements to advertising, etc. to help drive more views and prospect buyers inspecting our property. He did a great job of identifying the prospective buyers and their relative strengths throughout the campaign, which lead to a sale prior to auction after a successful negotiation with the interested parties. We were very happy with the result that was achieved, and Thai was instrumental in negotiating and closing the deal. We would highly recommend Thai and Harcourts to any prospectice vendors in the Box Hill area.
