Sam stood out above other agents that we considered. My must have's for an agent was honesty and communication. Sam gave us both!. He was honest with us right from the beginning about expected sale price and what we needed to do to be ready for sale. There was never a time when he couldn't be contacted and never said no when we asked for help. Both he and his team worked hard in the lead up to our auction, and while we didn't sell on the day, he had negotiated the sale by the end of the week. The marketing campaign was well worth the money spent and we were kept up to date each week with newspaper ads and online statistics and he would always take the time to sit down with us and explain everything so we knew exactly what was happening. I would have no problem at all recommending him to family and friends.
