Sam Sold our property above other agents and had great negotiation skills which matched up to getting our selling price! Sam always kept us up to date the entire time and we barely had to call as he always let us know of any big or small updates which was fantastic, he pretty much did all the work! Marketing campaign was well worth it with clear pictures and really great advertising which in only short time managed to get great viewings and appointments almost daily. We were very happy. On top of everything else, not only did he sell our house he helped negotiate the sale of the purchase in Culburra which helped us out so much.
