Selling and buying property can be a huge upheaval at the best of times - in my case it was incredibly difficult. Scott went above and beyond any possible expectation I had (and I have bought and sold a number of properties). His support - market knowledge - interpersonal skills - honesty - effort - and REUSLTS were all beyond amazing. Yes this is a bit of a gush - but that is because it is rare to find someone like Scott who not only really cares about his clients - but has the connections and know how to make the impossible possible. He assisted with the preparation of my home for sale - providing amazing contacts for tradies, stylists, financiers- etc - who matched or beat independent quotes and worked round the clock to prepare the property and pull everything together. He minimized the heartache and stress of sale. He assisted with the purchase of a new property. This is not a one off for Scott. He came recommended to me because he has worked similar miracles for others I know. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I met Scott when I was looking to purchase my second property at an open house. We hit it off really well, he understood what I was looking for and could see the potential and growth that any properties that I looked at had. Scott Isaacs is absolutely the best real estate agent in Canberra, and we can't sing his praises highly enough. We met him when he sold our house in Canberra to us 5 years ago. He impressed us so much that when we were moving interstate and selling the house this year, he was the immediate choice of agent to sell our house. Scott made the process unbelievably easy as a result of his unsurpassed knowledge of the market and terrific advice about getting the house ready for sale. He was always cool, calm and professional. He is also a terrific human being - we felt like we were being looked after by a friend. He always went above and beyond, particularly in terms of priming the market for the house coming onto the market, and timings of openings to generate the highest interest. In the end he sold our house 10 days after it went on the market, which is incredible (but i think a standard achievement for Scott). If you want to sell your house in Canberra, I cannot recommend him highly enough

At the start of what was a potentially stressful time she was always there and always calm and approachable. With her knowledge of how to present the house by her attention to detail she pointed us in the right direction to get the best result. She has such an amazing team. Special thanks for her advice on getting Tanya on board for “Dressed to sell”, such a positive. The whole marketing, advertising, open day and the million of little things involved in selling a home were all done almost invisibly by Vicki. She achieved an amazing result but she also found just the right people to take over the ownership of the home.
