The right choice
I decided to use Scott Isaacs of Rutherford Johnston Properties, Canberra, to sell my property after seeing his skills, knowledge, and abilities in action when he sold by folks family home a couple of years ago. These same qualities were present when Scott sold my property. Scott certainly has a diversity of skills. Not only did Scott get an excellent price for my property, but he was also able to advise on how to best present my property to the market. Scott's familiarity with my property's area coupled with his extensive knowledge of Canberran's buying habits, allowed him to pitch the property at the right price and know who were the serious buyers from those who weren't. Whilst my property did not sell in the first couple of weeks, Scott's abilities as a proficient Real Estate Agent afforded me with regular updates on visitors and enquiries and how to proceeded through the selling phase. Quick sale
