Leonie was recommended to us. [Edited] The reputation of all three is impeccable and tested well with advice from local land owners and business people. However being a dedicated doubter I was determined to test all these recommendations myself because at age 82 I was only going to have one chance to realise on my investment. I realised that although the land was a gem, and the house etc were durably built the house etc were almost 40 years old and could be unattractive to a modern purchaser. I established what in my mind was a suitable high-low price range. When discussing price with Leonie , she suggested almost the same range. we then waited for Leonie to find a buyer. After first concentrating on listed possible buyers (no advertising etc) she soon suggested to use photographs, brochure, ,roadside sign, news[paper and internet. The result was impressive; we had a buyer within weeks; I thought it could take months. I realise that Leonie was really dedicated. During the run up to settlement Leonie was let down by the Conveyancer who would sit on a problem (such as identity verification ) until it became critically late , write a letter and post about it to us and then expect us to race around and solve it. I have had this happen with several conveyancers and believe that is endemic to the profession. Leonie seemed to take all of this in her stride, fix it or drive it to us with offers to help. Considering that she had several other projects in hand I just don't see how she coped. Rosemary and myself were most appreciative of her help for us. Tom Miller 24 May 2015
