James’ greatest asset is being a member of the fantastic Sails team and is best described in this context. From our initial enquiries about putting our duplex home on the market, the whole team was involved and all attended an initial inspection of our property and provided essential marketing advice and guidance resulting in our selection of Sails as our agent. Other team members were also involved in the open house and private inspections, all provided excellent text and verbal debriefs on the comments and level of interest showed. However, it was one of James’ clients that showed sufficient interest to make an offer. Not surprisingly, the offer was well below what we considered to be reasonable and James stepped up to the plate to represent our interests. The resulting negotiations drew many questions from the prospective buyers which James promptly forwarded to us. With our replies, he was then able to respond with the minimum of delay thus, helping the prospective buyers build an aura of trust in our property. An agreeable price was then offered and accepted, unleashing a new flood of questions and clarifications. With James as the exchange medium, these were soon resolved and the sale process, seamlessly moved into the hands of conveyancing. We thank James for his friendly, energetic and professional role in the sale of our property.
