I have a very friendly experience with Mr Arief Wibowo. Unlike other agencies, I found him to be honest and down-to-earth in the business dealings between us and his company. The whole transaction was smooth and trouble-free. I highly recommend him to others seeking the service of an Estate Agent.

Sylvia is pleasant to deal with, approachable, informative and honest. She handled everything from beginning to the end in the most professional manner. Very meticulous and detailed person who made all great suggestions and recommendations within our budget. From cleaning, fire alarm to auctioner and the styling of the house. When the buyer made impossible settlement deadline she worked so hard with both sides of solicitors to make it possible. She managed the settlement in record time. (5 days) I highly recommend her and her team.

From the start Sylvia was a very welcoming agent who showed us around and provided the information we needed on the property, even going out of here way to show my family the property after hours. In the last week, she has been very helpful in the purchasing process to ensure we could settle before the Christmas period. All in all a great person and we are happy to have met her in our property purchase experience.

Sylvia was super helpful. As first home buyers we were not very educated on the process of buying a house and Sylvia was there to help through the process. Could have not have asked for a better agent.

Sylvia is one of the best agents we've had to deal with. She's polite, professional and goes out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She accommodated our requests with a smile. She's very warm and polite. She answered questions my little son asked happily with no complaint. We'll definitely be seeking her service for our future property needs.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia from Salease property on multiple properties in the past and recent years. We both had been overwhelmingly impressed with her dedication, enthusiasm and work ethic throughout. Sylvia always follows through on her word and has always gone above and beyond to make life easier for anything property related. I will be using Sylvia again in the future for anything I do in property and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to do the same.
