Iain is good in communication and professional. We had a great deal in buying our property. He is still hands on to us even after the contract of sale has been signed. He helped us to connect with the strata prior to settlement date to get approval for our intended renovations prior to moving in. Saliba is the best agent in this area. Good customer service and after sales communication! Saliba is great in this area, there is no property this agency cannot sell.

Overall, my experience with their agency was good, but my interaction with Josh left a bit of an aftertaste. During the final stages of negotiating the price, Josh mentioned another buyer had made a higher offer, which felt like a strategy to push us to meet the seller’s demands. While I understand his priority is the seller and avoiding auction, the way it was handled didn’t sit right. A more transparent approach—simply stating the seller’s expectations—would have been more professional. P.S. I apologize if I misjudged the situation, and what Josh said was in fact true. But I guess we’ll never know…
