Josh has been excellent from start to end. He has been in contact with us since 2020 when we bought our house, just seeing where we were at with things and what he could help with. When we decided to sell in 2024, we reached out to him and he set up a meeting immediately. He gave us honest and accurate expectations, regular updates, and most importantly was a great communicator. When issues did arise, through no fault of his own, he took accountability and took steps to resolve them immediately. We have had experience with other agents (from selling other properties) and always had issues but not with Josh. Highly recommend and would work with him again if the opportunity arose.
