We were the buyers of a property, rather than sellers. Sebastian was professional throughout the process, keeping us informed at every point on any developments, he also kindly took time (sometimes out of work hours) to address our questions and concerns. During the cooling off period the sale almost fell through due to circumstances unrelated to the service provided by Hill and Viteri, Sebastian however went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Based on this experience we decided to use Hill and Viteri to manage our property as we have leased out the property. If we were ever to sell our property we would ask for Sebastian's help.
