But during the process, it was demonstrated that he had a team of professionals working seamlessly with him, who ensured that each of the team members performed to their best for the buyer as well as the seller. From marketing material, scheduling and presentation to coordination and inspections. Especially, Sean Donovan-who was a key team member who bridged outstandingly between the buyer and seller to ensure that each party’s interests were fairly served. Even though we were buyers and Derin was representing the seller, I have only positive feedback to provide. Actually it is a bit more than that. With his approach Derin was able to change my very cynical impression around real estate agents and some sarcastic assumptions to respect.
