Fantastic all round service with teamwork from the whole office.
As interstate sellers, our property was currently rented -also looked after by Hill and Viteri. Communication between ourselves, our tenants and potential purchasers was paramount and positively and skilfully carried out. The whole team, led by Sebastian, helped with a number issues, very positively and professionally. Good communicators.

Couldn’t have asked for better
It had been 14 years since last selling a property. So much has changed in the real estate industry and we weren’t quite sure where to start. Initially we were going to rent our home (due to an interstate move) and had decided to use Hill & Viteri property manager Leigh, however we decided to sell instead which led us straight to Sebastian. He was so down to earth from the moment we met (online) and was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. His whole team were fantastic from the very beginning through to the end. Being interstate meant we had to rely more heavily on Sebastian and his team to check the house, advise if something needed to be done etc. All of the emails were answered quickly, phone calls were returned promptly. We simply could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Sebastian and the Hill & Viteri team if you are thinking of selling.
