I signed with Andrew at Sanders in December 2019, for an anticipated sale date of 24/03/2020. Interest in the property was phenomenal. Andrew suggested moving the sale date to 17/03/2020. I agreed. Then the COVID-19 crisis hit. As expected property sales fell and the attendance at the auction was disappointing. However, Andrew and his team were able to coax an excellent price from buyers. Although slightly below original expectations, the final offer was excellent.

Andrew, right from the start of the campaign to sell my unit, was confident, professional and informative about the process involved. I felt I could trust him and he made sure that I was informed of the sale every step of the way. From the initial discussions where it was decided to run a friendly auction, through to the sales process and campaign and finally agreeing we were on the same page with regard to the ultimate result that we wanted to achieve, the process went smoothly as I knew that he was considerate of my best interests and gave me confidence that all would be well with a situation that can be very stressful. After every open home I received a very comprehensive report and was consulted along the way. The unit open times were not intrusive and handled with respect by Andrew and his team. The friendly auction was professional and not at all intimidating and the end result with the unit being sold was more than I could have wished for in a very uncertain time for real estate sales.
