I have now purchased 2 properties through Hill and Viteri and both experiences were positive. Sebastian knows the market extremely well but the biggest positive I have is his help and support for both the vendor and the buyer. A lot of real estate agents only care about the sales price and looking after the vendor but Sebastian went above and beyond for us as the buyer also! He was with us every step, explaining different processes and keeping us up to date.
