Could be better
I found hannah separovich at Chadwick agent very fast at responding, eager to organise impromptu viewings, very knowledgeable about tenancy with a pet, and she was encouraging of negotiating in the current climate. Sadly Julie took longer to find out information and did not encourage negotiation. It was disappointing to find out that previous tenants had trouble with hot water being scalding hot- an ongoing issue. It was stressful process as Julie was not able to arrange a viewing time on a different day/time as Hannah was, when the moving truck was booked and needed to find a place without carpet for allergies.

Excellent results achieved
My tenant at lane Cove gave notice of termination for mid December. This was not a good time to re-let especially when there was downward pressure on rents. Julie Zhu did a magnificent job in finding a suitable tenant. She talked to the current tenants and managed to obtain viewing before the current lease was finished and to select the appropriate incoming tenant with minimal loss of rent. Well done.
