Excellent negotiator!
We were very happy with our agents Barry and Lana. They provided us with thorough detail of the process of selling a house and constructive advice on displaying the property. Awesome Agent
From the very first meeting we had with Barry to establish a sale price for our unique property we were impressed by both Barry's knowledge of not just the type of property we were selling and the state of the market we would be listing in but also his insights into the potential purchasers that would be looking at our property. The advice and actual physical help that was provided in respect of the optimal way to present our property to the market was invaluable, to the extent that both Lara and I were impressed and surprised at how great our property appeared in the photos. We really appreciated the level of communication that Barry provided, from the return phone calls to answer a question for what in retrospect was a trivial question to the emails helping us to understand what was the next step we should be concentrating on. For a couple of novices, it made the entire experience a whole lot more easier to negotiate.

Great Agent in Sawtell Area
We would certainly recommend a seller to list their home with Barry. Openly honest about the home to the buyer, very easy to talk with, and not at all pushy to make the sale. We were very comfortable with Barry and Lana in purchasing our property, they made us feel relaxed and were understanding of our individual circumstances.
