We intended to get 2 agents to appraise our home to sell, however we felt comfortable with Matt. He was able to provide facts & figures to substantiate his valuation. We asked 3 agents for an appraisal on our block of land. Matt responded within 4 hours with a fair and reasonable appraisal. He then quickly got the campaign ready before Australia Day weekend with drone shots and copy. Even with limited inquiry Matt got an interested party and negotiated them to our price.
