Matt's knowledge of Safety Beach is excellent and he provided us with plenty of information on the suburb which helped us greatly with our purchase. His colleague, Lucy Maunder, was very helpful and great to deal with when liaising between us and the vendors with the questions we had during the period between signing the contract and settlement and especially on the day of the final inspection. At previous inspections prior to purchasing, we always found Lucy to be friendly and approachable.
