We have been aware of Matt since our early days in Safety Beach when he would canvass the area for sales and have watched him go from working for other estate agents to developing his own business Scenic Property. We would highly recommend him for his knowledge of the area and his (and his staff's) professionalism in handling the sale of our property and securing our new home for us.

Matt, Lucy and Deb were amazing! From our very first meeting they were professional, honest and very organised. They’re friendly and very available for the many questions I had throughout the selling process. They offered honest advice regarding styling/pricing/time frames, going above and beyond my expectations. Matt even helped with negotiations and offered advice when it came to purchasing our new home. He’s very knowledgeable and clearly loves his “job”. Thanks again!

We intended to get 2 agents to appraise our home to sell, however we felt comfortable with Matt. He was able to provide facts & figures to substantiate his valuation. He sold our home within a week and made the process very easy. Deb & Lucy were friendly and extremely helpful during the sale process. We have sold 4 other homes, however Matt and his teams professionalism has given us our best experience. We have already recommended Scenic to protential sellers.

The highest level of communication, guidance and leadership was provided by Matt, Lucy and Deb and we could not be more grateful for the utmost care of the sale. This was more than a financial transaction for us with mixed emotions and Matt, Lucy and Deb navigated all queries and concerns in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them again and looking forward to welcoming them back into our families decision making for future transactions. When you find a good egg you hang onto it! This crew are the best out of a dozen!

We asked 3 agents for an appraisal on our block of land. Matt responded within 4 hours with a fair and reasonable appraisal. He then quickly got the campaign ready before Australia Day weekend with drone shots and copy. Even with limited inquiry Matt got an interested party and negotiated them to our price. Excellent agent and would recommend.
