We very much appreciate Matt's advice and guidance throughout the process. In addition, Matt found a home perfect for us and managed that purchase on our behalf. An enormous help to us, and highly recommended. Many thanks, John and Colleen

We chose Matt Carroll because of his excellent results in our area of Safety Beach. Our Instructions were - we will do our job, ie prepare the home for sale, and you do yours - Sell for a fair price without hassles. He did that in spades. With Deb directing the photographer, we had great pictures. The brochures, board and editorial all magically appeared resulting in a successful sale in just under 2 weeks. Stress free from woe to go. I Like that! I would definitely recommend Matt Carroll and his team if you require a well organised and successful campaign.
