Genuine and caring service
Sandra, from her first visit was very professional, she did not push us to make any decisions just gave us the facts of the market in the vicinity of our property, costs involved for the sale and let us come back to her when we were ready. Once we decided to go on the market Sandra was proactive in her approach and organised with us what needed to be done. She advised us every step of the way and kept us updated with positives and negatives during the sale period. We were part of a team and were extremely pleased with the result and felt we had the overlying control of the final outcome for the sale of our cherished property.

A friendly, swift and professional experience
On a whim and as a last minute decision we requested to view the house. Sandra was extremely accomodating despite only having 5 minutes to spare. After excellent and prompt communication -Sandra was very personable and knowledgeable and her engineering background provided some reassuring answers to my many questions. To be honest, I was a bit like Ray from Ghostbusters having just viewed the place-it wasn’t a hard sell! Nevertheless, we had a very positive experience, Sandra is far from your average estate agent and we would highly recommend her to friends and family!
