Very helpful and fast response!
Sandra was amazing helping purchase a unit in Dee Why. I asked a fair few questions and she went back and forth and made sure that everything i asked was looked at. She is very fast to respond to emails or text. Even when she was away, she kept in contact and would reply to my messages. She is very dedicated to her work and making sure both parties are happy :)

Friendly, flexible, helpful and professional
I recently bought an investment property through Sandra and her agency, Ratcliff Mathews. Sandra was very friendly, knowledgable about the property and flexible in terms of buyer preview inspections (prior to the first open home inspection). Once contracts exchanged, Sandra was also very helpful in arranging pre-settlement viewings to obtain repair and renovation quotes. Got there in the end,

Friendly and knowledgeable service (with a smile)
Cranston has looked after our property for years and when it came to selling it, he continued with his excellent service, keeping us informed and giving us sensible advice throughout the campaign. Professional and honest
Sandra was totally upfront and helpful every step of the way. She doesn't play games, she was always very straightforward and honest with us.
