Excellent All Round Agent
Cranston and the team at LJH Freshwater have managed properties for us over a number of years. Their service and follow up have always been reliable and prompt. The recent sale of our property using Cranston was a very well managed process. We had a comprehensive marketing plan, excellent attendance at open days, which were professionally hosted, and greats follow up of prospective buyers.

Best negotiator in northern beaches
She has sold two units for us and both at surprisingly higher than the average market value. She has a knack at catching the best paying customers. I have worked with other agents and they lost opportunities one after the other. Sandra does not fail unless the whole market does.

Honest and Genuine
Sandra helped my Mum with the sale of her home above and beyond her job description. It gave me such peace of mind that my mother had a compassionate person that helped make the process of selling her home run smoothly and with minimal stress as possible. Great marketing and did everyth ing that was promised
The pre-sale price estimate was higher than was achieved however in fairness several other agents also estimated a higher price. We encountered bad weather during the marketing campaign which did have an impact on the interest however L.J. Hooker and in particular CranstonSchwarz did everything that hey promised. I would use them again.
