An agency that actually cares
We were pleasantly surprised when dealing with the agents at Schwarz Real Estate in Freshwater that they actually seemed to care about our circumstances. After months searching for a new rental for our young family on the northern beaches, the Schwarz agents for acknowledged our situation as helped us find a great new home. They are prompt and extreme throughout the entire process (even since moving in)!

Great service
So far I bought the property at auction and they put the property on the market one week later by my request. We secured the tenant right after first open home and Dom is very helpful and promt to my queries. I am very happy with the team’s service.

Friendly and smooth!
We had Toby from Schwarz look after us when we were looking for a new place to rent. He has been awesome, super friendly, and all the processes of moving into new rental were super professional from everyone at Schwarz. Have been in our new place almost a month now and it is absolutely perfect, any issues have been promptly sorted, and we feel confident in talking to Toby/Schwarz if anything comes up. Would recommend

excellent management
During the covid situation we like many others have been impacted with our tenants deciding Not to pay rent and then minimal rent without supporting documentation of their finical hardship. Schwarz have been excellent in helping to resolve the situation and subsequent follow up in sourcing new tenants. It has been a turbulent few months but have been very happy with their professionalism and support .
