If all agents were as exceptional as Sandra, selling a property would not be stressful.
Despite very complicated vendor circumstances, a tenant, a property in need of repair, a tight schedule etc Sandra was able to competently deal with the problems encountered. She then marketed the property well and soon had a pool of interested buyers from whom she negotiated a result beyond expectations. Her experience and care made the whole process seamless.

Handled a complex and difficult negotiation very well.
