Once the tenant left Robert was on the door step to assist if any work needed to be done to the property, the property needed painting new blinds revocation of a plumbing problem and adjustment to the kitchen cabinets. Robert had all this work done in a very quick turnaround and wants to work has been completed which was by Robert’s superb organisation skills. This was within a week of the tenant leaving. Then two days later it was advertised and rented again for more money than previously. He is also very particular of the tenant that a lease is offered to. He is the best
