Melinda and her team sold our unit a few months ago. It was a very positive experience. Melinda knows the market so well and it's safe to say that she's the best agent in the area. During the photo session she was very hands on and she ensured every open house was a success. We listened to all her advise and she was able to sell our unit in record time and at a very good price. In May, I sold my apartment with Melinda and the team. I don't know about everybody else, but I doubted myself and wondered if I could have waited for a better price. So I continued to monitor similar apartments in the area for months afterwards. I have not yet found any equivalent apartment even close to the price I sold mine for. I'm so thankful and fortunate to have found the Seeto agency. Melinda is always on call - whenever I had a question or needed guidance, I would be able to reach her within minutes. She is terrific to deal with and so responsive. From the signing of the agency contract to the first inspection, the process was seamless and professional: First, I had the renovations done by Jimmy (Seeto agency's recommended tradesman) to spruce up the place. Jimmy arrived with an eye for detail and expertise - he only recommended and completed what he deemed added value to the apartment. The work was finished at such a high quality that I regretted not doing it for myself earlier 😅 The price for the renovations were extremely fair also (I called around and did my research). After that was done, the stylist team of David and Amanda came in and made the apartment look professional and inviting. David's transformation of the balcony especially was a highlight for me - he made it such a comfortable and beautiful place. At the first (and last) inspection, the apartment had so many people come through it was mind boggling. Continuous streams of people coming up the lifts. There were so many people that I agreed to sign the contract for sale that night. Melinda and Pat managed to create such a competitive environment for the apartment that we received an excellent price. Following the sale, I had to liaise with the agency office especially Chris who is both kind and patient to deal with. Well, what more can I say. As this being the largest financial transaction I've ever made, I feel so lucky to have found Seeto Agency. No regrets. I'm thrilled.
