When we were first in the market in September, my Husband and I were delighted to be met with such a professional agent, that had so much time for us been first home buyers Melinda helped us start our buying process by sending us in the direction of a mortgage broker (Jason, from Kaleido Loans) whist continuing to assist us in our property hunt. She made a stressful process, stress free!! Having at the time, not been pre-approved for a home loan, Melinda still happily showed us through her open homes, offering us private inspections catering to our work commitments, whist advising us of all the benefits of been first home buyers. Seeto real estate was the only agency in our buying process that would show us homes while we were still waiting on finance. Melinda is very approachable, and super easy to talk to. It felt like Melinda was a life-long friend, and we felt super comfortable talking with her. We also had many questions been first home buyers, and she happily answered everything for us, or sent us in the direction to get help. Melinda is very trustworthy, and not pushy. She told us of any faults, and past damages to the property. She even goes the extra mile to tell you of the neighbourhood the local area, and even specific distances to necessities. Melinda even creates property pamphlets with full details such as professional photos, a clear floor plan, strata fees, council fees and a well-researched write up of what the property has to offer. I know Melinda since before she opened Seeto agency. I like that she's getting even better over time with her team - Chris, Lisa made the whole process from managing to selling smooth. I'm happy with my price again (2nd sale now with Melinda) and with management of my other properties. Melinda returns my calls at night and on Sundays which is good for me because of my shift hours. I give her 5 stars!

We bought the property through another agency that was the exclusive agency for the block. When it was time to sell however, we were stressed because of the sale prices achieved by that agency. So we did some digging around and within minutes of comparisons we decided that Melinda was the first agent to interview. Melinda arrived on a Sunday as it was too hard with kids on weekdays. She outlined a few strategies which gave us some confidence but we were still nervous. We didn’t have to be nervous for long. Her team came by that week to get it property looking ready and in 2 short days Melinda brought us a record which was the highest for our block! That was on Queen’s Birthday so you could imagine how much more impressed we were. We were then anxious about the valuation and when it came below the sale price Melinda lodged a complaint and she got it changed! We expected a good selling agent but Melinda proved to be a good negotiator throughout the whole process. The buyer was an investor and was also happy that the Seeto’s management team got her a good tenancy rate too. We believed this was also a factor in having our property sold. It is hard to find a decent agent alone, but to find someone with so much fire in their belly and the skills to match like Melinda, we believe we had won the Lotto!

We approached Melinda a few times over the years as we tossed between renting and selling.
