In May, I sold my apartment with Melinda and the team. I don't know about everybody else, but I doubted myself and wondered if I could have waited for a better price. The work was finished at such a high quality that I regretted not doing it for myself earlier 😅 The price for the renovations were extremely fair also (I called around and did my research). After that was done, the stylist team of David and Amanda came in and made the apartment look professional and inviting. David's transformation of the balcony especially was a highlight for me - he made it such a comfortable and beautiful place. At the first (and last) inspection, the apartment had so many people come through it was mind boggling. Continuous streams of people coming up the lifts. There were so many people that I agreed to sign the contract for sale that night. Melinda and Pat managed to create such a competitive environment for the apartment that we received an excellent price. Following the sale, I had to liaise with the agency office especially Chris who is both kind and patient to deal with. Well, what more can I say. As this being the largest financial transaction I've ever made, I feel so lucky to have found Seeto Agency. No regrets. I'm thrilled.
