I recently purchased a property through this agency, after having looked through multiple different properties on the market with the same real estate agent. Melinda was polite on all occasions and remembered me by name from property to property. She was helpful in answering all my questions. She was very helpful in organising additional inspections, as well as pre settlement inspections at times convenient for me. All the properties I looked through with this real estate agent were beautifully presented. Once all furniture was removed, it was left in a clean condition. After having being in the market for some time, and working with multiple different agencies, this experience was a lot more positive.

We had always wanted Seeto Real Estate as they had excellent reputation in their area. But at that time when we decided to sell they were selling our neighbour's property so we decided to go with another agency to avoid an awkward situation. Well, our neighbour's property sold in a week above listing price, at a complex record which our neighbours talked about. Ours remained unsold 4 months later and with a young family and 2 cats we could no longer open our home week in week out without any results. I contacted Melinda on a Saturday night and she came that very night. In 2 weeks, our property was advertised looking stunning! This house hold many memories and selling was never an option. Also, I'm of 90+ years of age so there was no way I could move my things or make way for opens. However the upkeep of this house was too much for me. I saw Melinda and David opening a house on an adjacent street and we got talking. They were lovely and personable. I was very impressed at their drive and professionalism and invited them to my house afterwards. I asked them to be my selling agents but later changed my mind as the thought of relocating was just too much for me. They were very understanding and gracious about it and never pressured me into selling. That house ended up selling for a street record and the owner's son was beyond words at auction. So I contacted Melinda again and revisited my conundrum. Melinda assured me that all I needed was to decide for myself as to what is best for me and she would take care of the rest! And she did! A week after that phone call, Melinda brought in a buyer who offered me a price well above the record for my street. No marketing was done which was perfect for me and my privacy! It didn't stop there. Melinda also sourced me a unit with lift access that ticked all my boxes, in the same area and so close to the station. And she arranged it all so that both properties settled on the same day. Melinda and David also arranged multiple inspections on my new home for my daughter and relatives.
