From the very start of the process, Melinda passion was unquestionable and we could see she was always driven to deliver the best results for us as the vendors. We were relatively new to the process but Melinda guided us through the necessary step to improve the house, without unncessary costs. Prior the open house, we were so impressed with the presentation of the house which was complemented with Melinda’s styling! The whole selling experience can be a pretty stressful experience especially when it is not something you do very often. And this is where your agent plays an important role. I could tell you about the amazing price Melinda got us or number of people she brought in for the auction but I will save that for later. The first thing you notice about Melinda is how approachable she is. She took the time to explain everything about the sale process to us and the different options we had. She was honest and upfront and very accommodating. After we decided to sell our property through her, we were constantly kept updated. She also told us what we needed to do to improve the value of the home but more importantly, what not to do. She went out of her way to make sure potential buyers had everything in place to bid at auction. And when the auction day came around we had a packed house. The final Price that we achieved was a block street/record but it was achieved only because of the hard work Melinda put in behind the scenes. All of that work is what got us the sale of the property and at a price much higher than we expected. And you must remember that it is a good agent that can get you a good price in a tough sellers market. So many Agents just want to get the sale done with, get their commission and move on to the next. Melinda is different. She invests her time and effort, almost like she is selling her own home. Family and friends were very surprised with how much effort Melinda put into the open homes and lead up to the auction. You can’t go wrong with Melinda. The hard work she puts makes the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. If I were to ever sell a property again I wouldn’t think twice about picking Melinda to sell it. Its hard to find a good agent but I am glad that I went with Melinda

Melinda is a professional, honest, trustworthy and hardworking agent. She had managed our rental property and was able to get excellent tenants immediately after it was available for rent. We intended to sell the property last year but had decided to postpone because people kept on telling us that the property market was slowing down and we were worried that it was going to take time to sell and we won't get good price for it. This year we decided to take the chance and put the property on the market. Melinda advised us to get the unit refreshed to make it more presentable and to increase its value. Although we were sceptical, we followed her advice to have the unit repainted, timber floor installed, etc. Much to our surprise, the unit was sold before any opens and scored block record.
