We had always wanted Seeto Real Estate as they had excellent reputation in their area. But at that time when we decided to sell they were selling our neighbour's property so we decided to go with another agency to avoid an awkward situation. This house hold many memories and selling was never an option. Also, I'm of 90+ years of age so there was no way I could move my things or make way for opens. However the upkeep of this house was too much for me. I saw Melinda and David opening a house on an adjacent street and we got talking. They were lovely and personable. I was very impressed at their drive and professionalism and invited them to my house afterwards. I asked them to be my selling agents but later changed my mind as the thought of relocating was just too much for me. They were very understanding and gracious about it and never pressured me into selling. That house ended up selling for a street record and the owner's son was beyond words at auction. So I contacted Melinda again and revisited my conundrum. Melinda assured me that all I needed was to decide for myself as to what is best for me and she would take care of the rest! And she did! A week after that phone call, Melinda brought in a buyer who offered me a price well above the record for my street. No marketing was done which was perfect for me and my privacy!
