I recently worked with James and Joel from the team on both a sell and buy. The sell was super easy and they were great to work with, the time between listing and getting to market was quick which was what I needed. When it came to my experience as a buyer - the seller I was purchasing from was a little bit of a nightmare, however, the team was great at communicating with me on where things were up to and worked to support the seller through the process.
