We are thanking our lucky stars that we came across Kirstin and the team at Semple Property Group. We sold our house and bought a new one through them too. I’m a big believer in following your gut instincts and, after contacting lots of different agents who always came up short, I just LOVED Kirstin’s vibe. She was totally relaxed and in her element. She knew her stuff and gave me complete confidence to let her take the lead and follow her advice. I am an impulsive, fast-paced control freak and my customer service standards are high but she knew exactly how to handle me. Whenever I got a little anxious, she found a way to put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble and we were so impressed with how she runs the whole operation. The rest of her team were awesome too. Josephine had our home open and managed to get 3 great offers on the table before the end of the day. Brian showed us through a home before it went to market and his honesty was refreshing. Luke did the final inspection with us and made the whole experience quick and easy. Last but certainly not least, Jessie. She’s the Executive Assistant and something tells me she has a MASSIVE job keeping tabs on everyone there because they are so fast paced. I’m sure she’s the glue that holds everything together and makes it look effortless (even though I’m sure she probably does a lot of grunt work). Thank you for your prompt, clear communication. I could ramble on forever about how great the team is but I’ll wrap it up now. Do yourself a favour and use them as your agents.
