We were lucky enough to both buy and sell with the same agency which made life easier for us. It also enabled us to see the service provided by Semple Property Group from both sides. Both Kirstin (who was selling our home) and Jason (through whom we bought our new home) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I felt very reassured throughout the whole process. We worked more with Kirstin (as is the nature of selling a property). She filled us with confidence at every stage. She had plenty of interested buyers in her database and the home opens were well attended. All of her recommended contacts for painting, building and pest inspectors, and settlement agents were all great. She was responsive to all queries and easy to get along with. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Kirstin to anyone who is selling their property and would without a doubt work with her again. She got us a great price and a fast sale, and all with a smile. Jason was always polite, informative and friendly. He made me feel assured when there were delays with our bank, gave us a good indication of what sort of price was likely to be accepted by the sellers (which made us feel confident with our offer), and just overall seemed like a genuinely nice guy who we were comfortable dealing with.
