After living in our much loved home for 28 years and raising our 2 children there we made the decision to update our family home. This was mainly to accomodate our now grown and married children who have children too. An ever growing family required a more open plan indoor space and so we but the bullet and put the house on the market. The entire team at Semples were fantastic to deal with. Soulla, Kirstin, Josephine,Brian, Noeline have been a huge support throughout the entire exercise. Having the house we chose to purchase falling through at the last minute they pulled out all stops to help us find another forever home. And we found a gem! We were so excited and though we had more than a few hiccups along the way we finally managed to move in on time and we are totally happy with the choices we’ve made. The team were always available keeping our wants and needs forefront always. (Even a Saturday night teary call to Josie when we thought our prospective new purchase had been sold).
