We had been watching the local market keenly for a long time as we prepared our Beeliar Home for sale. Things looked tough and many homes similar to ours were left languishing on the market for many months. However, Tanya Forzatti of Semple Real Estate was regularly getting houses sold in our neighborhood! So once we were ready I approached Tanya and she came around to appraise our place for sale. Right from the outset I felt confident as Tanya showed such attention to detail and enthusiasm! The launch on to the market was amazingly professional thanks to Tanya’s expertise. We couldn’t have wished for a better field of visibility on every area available to us. The photos and video were amazing! Even our ‘For Sale’ sign was a work of art! Our home was opened for viewing every weekend at a time that suited us and after each open we received a detailed report of the people who had come through - what their feedback was and whether the home was right for them. After only a few weeks on the market we had a cash buyer!! We were building a new home and dreaded the move into a rental to wait the next 3 months before our new house was ready, but Tanya negotiated with the buyers and they agreed to wait for settlement until we were ready. That was the best Christmas gift ever - only having to move once! Now we have finally moved into the new place and the Beeliar Home settled yesterday. All the way through Tanya kept in touch and we were introduced to the new owners so that we could help them prepare to move in too. All in all, we cannot thank Tanya enough for her professionalism, efficiency, thoughtfulness, honesty, availability, and her bubbly enthusiasm! Everyone deserves a “Tanya” when they are selling a house!

We specifically chose Luke Dawson from our previous experiences working with him when we were renting. Tanya was absolutely delightful in dealing with the sale of our home. Nothing was too hard for Tanya and she kept us regularly updated with what was going on. She went above and beyond in helping us out - she watched our puppy when we were not able to be home, put away items that were left out when there was a last minute inspection and even delt with tears! From the outset Tanya had a good understanding of what we were looking for, and only showed us properties that were within our budget and basic requirements. She was always quick to communicate and was punctual with all appointments. We ended up using a settlement agent that Tanya recommended, who was very efficient. Follow up after the deal was closed was a nice touch. I am happy to recommend Tanya if you want quick, efficient, personal service with good market knowledge!
