Exceeded expectations in every way
When Tiffany informed me that the tenant had given notice to vacate, I mentioned my interest in doing some minor renovations before re-letting the unit. At the same time, I also wanted to avoid a lengthy vacancy period, Tiffany handled everything with impressive efficiency and foresight. Within just three weeks, she coordinated tradespeople, arranged professional photography, advertised the property online, arrange open inspections and secured a new tenant who began their lease promptly. Tiffany’s experience and expertise were invaluable throughout the process. She guided my renovation decisions with practical advice, sourced quotes to ensure value for money, and recommended interior upgrades like wall colours and carpet choices that enhanced the unit’s appeal. She also ensued all necessary repairs were carried out to high standards. Tiffany also provided me guidance on current rental market trends in the area, so I was able to decide on a more competitive rental price. Her professionalism stood out at every stage: she kept me well-informed, communicated clearly and courteously, and made the entire experience seamless.
