it was an unusual situation that probably not happen before so it was all new to everyone. The tenant died without leaving a will and the lease was not cancelled or expired. We were delighted with the service from Tiffany when the cottage became vacant. At our request a sign was placed on the fence straight away. She dealt with the ex tenant without any fuss and not having to bother the board directors.
