Paul has sold 2 properties for me in the past 12 months and I cannot recommend him highly enough! In both cases I had set the bar high and wanted Paul to test the market for me on pricing. I felt I'd done everything right in terms of presentation and was offering lovely apartments, and believed they deserved to sell higher than previous sales evidence was showing. Not a huge amount, but certainly an amount that reflected the loving care I'd put into my apartments. I know that it can be difficult to achieve this sort of outcome, and you need an expert negotiator to be able to work with the buyer and seller skillfully for it to happen. Any agent can list a property, but it's a rare find to discover one with the total package. Excellent communication skills. Fantastic negotiator. Professional. Motivated. Knowledgeable. We found Paul Sheldon to be very trustworthy and honest. He worked for us as the seller and really worked hard to get us the best possible price. He continued to work hard until the property was sold aswell. He even organised a few renovations and a few repairs etc and advised on things we could change to make the property more appealing to buyers AND he was able to organise the tradesmen to carry out this work too.
