Kate was the agent working on behalf of the seller for a property that we recently purchased. We found Kate to be extremely helpful and patient to provide guidance through the offer and acceptance process, and through to settlement. In addition, Kate was proactive and quick to communicate updates to us throughout what ended up being a complicated settlement process with our vendor, and worked hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible, and to minimise the impact of changes (noting also that the complications with settlement were not due to any fault of the agent!)

Kate attended the initial site meeting with her Principal, and together they mapped out a scenario , along with accompanying time lines, in order for us to achieve the maximum price for this property. Their expert advice , which we followed, enabled us to achieve a price beyond our initial expectations. Kate at all times was obliging towards us, and kept us aware of the negotiations with the two bidding parties. She has an incredibly pleasant manner, and we are sure that all the potential buyers felt very comfortable in dealing with her. I could not hold her in higher regard , and would highly recommend her to both friends and family, and of course , in the event of future property transactions, would obviously use her services again.

I can say truthfully I’ve been so pleased with the way Kate and Shellabears have run their business. Kate has gone over and above anything she was supposed or expected to do to sell two of my properties. It’s not just about selling homes, it’s about the commitment to selling the homes, and kindness. For example I’ve been very sick during the selling campaign. I’ve been visited in hospital and kept up to date. I can only recommend Kate to anyone who is wishing to make a sale, to have it done in a proper manner. She has kept all relevant parties informed throughout the process and her after sales service has been brilliant. I’ve never known a Real Estate Agent or Agency to work as hard.
