Chris made selling our house straight forward. The marketing was excellent and it presented the house at its best with a very wide market penetration. His energy and enthusiasm and can-do attitude gets things done. Also his whole team in the office were terrific to work with. There was a minor boundary fence issue that had seemed irresolvable yet Chris came up with a simple and practical solution and even pointed us toward a builder to get the work done quickly enough to avoid delaying the sale. An entire team of previous real estate agents, settlement agents, lawyers, councillors and neighbours couldn’t resolve it. But Chris did! The sale went through and we were happy with the result.
