We first approached Kate for an appraisal on our parents property a couple of years ago when we required a valuation for a Family Trust. We contacted Kate again when our mother passed away in August 2018 and let her know we would be listing with her but would not be ready to go on the market until after Xmas. She was very respectful to all of us dealing with loss of our mother and just wanted to help us however she could. She arranged repairs to the reticulation and regular mowing of the lawns and made herself available if we had trades that required access to the property. We feel that Kate went way beyond what was required of her and she made the whole process of selling the property so much easier. She is just a very lovely genuine person.

Kate was very honest and accurate with her appraisal and always worked hard for us to get the beat reaults we could have hoped for. Lots of ground work sensitively tailored to our specific needs resulted in an excellent rsult with the minimum disturbance to our lives. Obviously a really hard worker behind the scenes.
