It was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He cares about his clients as well as the community and neighbourhood he lives in The online detail brought out the best of our property's features, he handled all the viewings, was an excellent negotiator, and responded quickly to texts or calls. He has just the right blend of being a professional ,friendly, and was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Todd certainly more than earned our respect so good to work with. We had a very easy sales process with Todd. He delivered exactly what he said in the most painless way. Todd was able to sell our house within two weeks despite yet another lockdown. We found Todd to be very upfront and easy to deal with. He was friendly, understanding and honest. Andrew and I met with quite a few agents and agencies before signing with Todd and Shelter. He stood out from the others as he was a lot more open and upfront than the other agents. We feel that we made the right choice signing with him and would not hesitate to recommend him.

After a chance meeting with Todd at an open for inspection, we have kept in touch with him at various times over the past 5 years. When it came time to sell our home, we had no hesitation in appointing Todd as our agent. He talked us through the sales process, clearly explained everything and answered our many questions. The listing process with photos and videos (AJ was awesome!), was well organised and seamlessly executed. Todd called us after each inspection and provided updates on buyers each week – we always knew what was happening. We have another property to sell early next year, and are confident that Todd will do an amazing job like he did with our recent sale.
