After some disappointing dealings with several agents, Todd was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, responsive and his indicative sale price of the property was realistic given the outcome of the sale. Add to that, Todd was engaging and all around very pleasant to deal with. I am sure I can safely say, he has happy Vendors and Purchasers from this transaction.

After a chance meeting with Todd at an open for inspection, we have kept in touch with him at various times over the past 5 years. When it came time to sell our home, we had no hesitation in appointing Todd as our agent. He talked us through the sales process, clearly explained everything and answered our many questions. The listing process with photos and videos (AJ was awesome!), was well organised and seamlessly executed. Todd called us after each inspection and provided updates on buyers each week – we always knew what was happening. We have another property to sell early next year, and are confident that Todd will do an amazing job like he did with our recent sale.

Covid potentially added lots of uncertainty to my planned sale of 1 Ward Street, Ashburton. However, all went very well as Todd and Zali are incredibly experienced and professional. Clients were actively followed up and I was regularly kept informed of marketing progress. They are genuine, sincere and enthusiastic. Their contribution to Global Village Housing is further proof of their beliefs and values.

We had a great experience with Todd and Zali in selling the family home of circa 45 years in Ashburton. They were knowledgeable, caring and patient, and things were handled efficiently and very effectively. They knew every street in Ashburton and the pricing range we should expect in a rapidly changing market during COVID-19 - including the differences from one side of the street to the other. When it made sense to speed up the process to capture a "moment in time" in the market, they were all over it. And Todd ran a very effective mini-auction. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Todd was terrific and complimented the great work of Zali and Lidiya. He provided a cool and calming environment in a highly stressful sales day. He made us comfortable quickly. We got a result that was great and he sold our property to a great family. I trust Todd and the team and would sell with Shelter tomorrow. I would happily share our experience with anyone who is making the important decision of listing their property.

Todd is a honest and hard working agent and we would recommend him to our friends and family. He listens to the needs of all stakeholders and connects people with the right property. He is a trustworthy, reliable and genuine real estate agent who knows how to negotiate the best outcome for all involved. If you are considering Todd to sell your property, do not hesitate to contact him.

It became clear whilst interviewing numerous agents to sell our property that Todd Braggins stood out from all the others. His dealings with us were highly professional, as well as warm and caring (which is a must when selling a much loved family home). He had a deep knowledge of our suburb, as well as a good understanding of the unique features of our home. Throughout our sale campaign, his dealings with us were exceptional. We were continually updated and kept informed about potential buyers, as well as what was happening with similar houses for sale in the area. Todd also conducted our Auction with a high degree of skill. Post the event I had multiple people contact me to comment on how well he performed the auction, and how endearing the crowd found him (they even gave him a round of applause at the end!) If you are looking for a high performing, hard working, honest agent with zero arrogance, Todd should definitely be your first choice.

We found dealing with Todd to be a pleasure and took the stress out of buying a house. He helped us navigate the bidding process and ensured a good outcome for both the Vendor and the buyer. I would have no hesitation in working with Todd in the future for either buying or selling a property.

Growing up in Ashburton and going to Solway Primary School, playing every sport available gave me a good understanding of the suburb. After 46 years it was time to sell and a challenge to any real estate agent to compete for local knowledge. I had previously spoken with Todd Braggins and kept my word to give him the first opportunity. Todd's exceptional understanding of the intricacies of Ashburton proved true. Shelter have a large client base as well as the impressive ability to reach out and find new clients. The pleasing part of the sale was the new owners also had good dealings with Todd which was very important from my perspective. I would highly recommend Todd Braggins. But if you truly want to understand how successful he is, then give him a try and then you will understand what sets him above the rest.

It was a pleasure to work with Todd. He is professional, sets expectations clearly and is transparent with us as buyers throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
