Todd has a wide knowledge of the real estate market in Glen Iris. He was always prepared to share his knowledge and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. He was very generous with his time either thru telephone calls and visits. At the first off market inspection 8 parties attended with one party subsequently buying the house in under a week. He has also been very helpful in providing advice on future properties that we may buy.
