Todd was engaged, accommodating during the campaign and up front when negotiating with the vendor. We left feeling confident that everyone got what they wanted.

Whilst smaller than more established agents, Todd got results. Good dealing with people of all types, building trust, securing strong base of client, and also being assertive when necessary.

I was fortunate to have Todd Braggins of Shelter Real Estate, recommended to handle the sale of my property. Very professional, he kept me informed and made himself available at all times, making what could have been a very stressful experience, much less so. I highly recommend Todd for your real estate transactions.

Todd was wonderful. It was a big decision to sell my family home but the time was right for me. I was anticipating it to be stressful, but Todd listened and understood my needs, gave excellent advice, made it easy, fun and he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I was very happy working with Todd as my auctioneer. Although the property was passed in with only one bidder he achieved a great result. He sold the property on the day with very intuitive negotiating skills.

From the moment we met Todd at the open for inspection, we felt a connection. He was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy in the slightest. He listened to all we had to say and gave honest feedback. Once our purchase was finalised, the next steps were smooth and simple and we felt supported all the way! Thanks Todd :)

Todd and his team were very professional and highly responsive. We found their advice and recommendations to be solid and always backed up with experience and good reason. When it came to the sale negotiations we were very impressed with the calm and highly professional way it was managed for both us as sellers and seemingly for the buyers too. An excellent result.
