Decisive and intelligent.
Todd was refreshingly professional and, most importantly, honest. His reading of online traffic was insightful and he tweaked our marketing campaign to good effect when it was required. His reports were timely and detailed. The profiles he built of potential buyers gave me comfort in a tricky market. He led the marketing campaign with decisive and intelligent insight. He was more than I had hoped for in a marketing agent.

We wouldn’t sell with anyone else!
This is now the second time that we’ve sold a property through Todd. Our experience has been first class again. Todd provided really sound advice as we negotiated our way through the sale of our apartment. In a crowded market, Todd’s great advice saw us get an excellent outcome in just under 30 days: an outstanding result given we were competing with several similar sized properties in our complex.
