Awesome Auctioneer, brilliant result!!!
Mike just sold the same home that we purchased with him as the agent 10 years ago. His knowledge and longevity in the local market particularly Glen Iris, along with our past experience with him made our decision a no brainer. It is hard not to consider him a friend when he sells your home. Fantastic agent, great collaborator and genuinely invested in delivering his absolute best. Awesome Auctioneer, brilliant result!!!! Thank you Mike and the Shelter team.

Positive and Professional
Mike was extremely positive and professional in handling our concerns over the sale process. He patiently explained how the sale and the openings were progressing, and provided advice for preparing our home. Mike also co-ordinated the team behind the scene to ensure all the preparations were in order and our home sparkled.

Highly recommend Mike
Due to the passing of my father, Mike helped me sell my Father’s house. Mike was supportive, positive, always communicative and providing advice and options. I’d highly recommend Mike, he’s a great guy, very experienced.

Seamless from sale to settlement
I engaged Shelter for the sale of my property in August 2022. I had deliberately steered away from the other real estate agents which dominate the area as I didn't want to be just one of their sales numbers. Shelter offers a personal service, with great detail to attention as well as the professionalism. Lidiya was knowledgeable, engaged and professional. Together with Mike Millington, the Shelter team worked hard to achieve the best price possible in the current market. The sales experience was seamless from sale to settlement. Thank you to both and the broader Shelter team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sold our property for higher price than the others. Brilliant work.
Will has great knowledge of the property market. He is a super prompt communicator discusses the pros and cons of the strategy planned .Appreciative of realistic discussions during the entire period . We were bit anxious as two more properties in the same block came into the market. But he sold our property for higher price than the other two. Brilliant work. We thank Will and the team for their outstanding service throughout the process. Wish them the very best for their future endeavours.
